I have always believed in the importance of education and that every person should have as much education as necessary. Not just for the sake of their work or career, but for the benefit of their life in general.
Both education and experience are among the most important factors that will affect a person's accomplishments and achievements in life. Both needs hardwork and effort.
One should never stop learning. Why? Because self-improvement and self-actualisation is a continuous process. There is a Chinese saying, "Huo2 Dao4 Lao3, Xue2 Dao4 Lao3." (grow until old, learn until old)
Ever since leaving school (and formal education), all these years, I have attended many seminars, conferences, courses (short-term & long-term), talks, workshops, etc. I always seize opportunities to learn of better ways to do what I already know or to learn completely new things that can enrich my life or advance my career and business.
I am working very hard towards taking my MBA (Master of Business Administration) in the near future. And my highest educational goal is to achieve at least a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in my lifetime. :)
